Happy Birthday Ma!
Saturday was both my Mom's Birthday, and the first day of spring. Its been a long winter and we've been counting down to the change of season- happy birthday, and happy spring, ma!

Look at what I did!
I don't think I've ever talked about what I do on this blog, but for the last couple years I've been producing surface designs freelance, and yesterday I finally saw some of my prints out in the stores!
This red floral was in Babies R Us, and it hadn't been changed at all from my original.
The second print I found was in The Children's Place on a one piece sleeper, which had more alterations to the artwork, including the colour and the lay out. It was really neat to see my work out in the real world!

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice
I went to the Tim Burton show at MoMA, and its packed full of tons of little sketches, stop motion puppets, props from his movies, animation and various other bits and bobs of Burtonania. Its great fun :D
